Rebecca Snow, MS, CNS, LDN, RH (AHG), Nutritionist & Herbalist is a Nutrition mentor, CNS® Supervisor and owner of the Nutrition and Herbal Collective. Rebecca has been mentoring nutritionists and herbalists since 2013 and in clinical practice since 2003, specializing in chronic and complex health conditions.

Rebecca is a mentor in the Nutrition and Herbal Collective. She is a board certified and licensed nutritionist and herbalist. Rebecca has been mentoring nutritionists and herbalists since 2013. She has mentored over 134 graduates in 26 states from numerous graduate degree programs including Western States, MUIH, Bastyr University, University of Bridgeport and NYCC. She has had the joy of helping many people successfully launch their business and clinical practice. Rebecca has a passion for helping new and experienced practitioners gain confidence and success in their field.

Rebecca specializes in Lyme disease, mast cell issues, dementia, food addiction and 12-step programs, weight loss and chronic health complaints. She has been studying and using herbs and foods for 20 years and practicing in a clinical setting for 17 years. She worked in an integrative medical practice for 5-years that specialized in Lyme and co-infections. Currently, she collaborates with several local physicians including Dr. Robert Hedaya in Bethesda, Maryland.

Rebecca served as the Founding Director of the MS in Nutrition and Integrative Health Program at the Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH). She was involved at MUIH in a variety of roles as a clinic supervisor, faculty and administrator from 2008-2013. Currently, Rebecca serves as chair of the Maryland Board of Dietetic Practice.

Rebecca is a Licensed Nutritionist in the State of Maryland, a Certified Nutrition Specialist and a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild. She earned her Master of Science in Herbal Medicine from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.

Rebecca has enjoyed the honor of lecturing for the American Nutrition Association,Goucher College, American Herbalist Guild’s Annual Conference, Johns Hopkins University, Morgan State University, Baltimore Bioneers Conference, Presbyterian Medical Center at the University of Pennsylvania, WC Grace & Co, Choice Hotels International, Ryderwood Village and the Baltimore Herb Festival. Rebecca speaks on nutrition and herbs for the media, Fox 45 and WBAL.

Kate Costello
Kate Costello, MS, CNS, LDN Nutritionist & Health Coach. Kate is a Nutrition mentor and CNS® Supervisor at TNHC. She joined Rebecca in clinical practice in 2019 and the Nutrition & Herbal Collective in 2021. She brings a rich expertise in functional nutrition, health coaching, nutraceuticals and research.
Kate is a practitioner in the Nutrition & Herbal Collective Immersion program. She joined the company in June 2019 bringing a wonderful background in functional nutrition, coaching and research.
Kate practices an integrative and foundational approach to nutrition and wellness coaching by focusing on whole-food nutrition and wellness practices like movement, stress-reduction, sleep, goal setting, and mindful eating. Kate helps her clients with complex diagnoses transform their health by making and sustaining nutrition and wellness changes that nourish the body, build back trust and strengthen intuition. Kate works with those experiencing autoimmune conditions, disordered eating, gut and endocrine imbalances.
Kate has worked with the Multiple Sclerosis Center at Johns Hopkins to better understand the dietary needs of people with Multiple Sclerosis. Kate has also worked at Village Green Apothecary providing education, consultation, clinical management, and laboratory analysis. Kate has lectured on immune system health, living a toxin-free life, and gut health.
Kate has extensive training in functional foods, nutraceuticals, supplements, and natural home and beauty products. Kate earned her undergraduate degree at Coastal Carolina University in Health Promotion and Exercise Science. She earned two graduate degrees at Maryland University of Integrative Health, an MS in Nutrition and Integrative Health and a MA in Health and Wellness Coaching. Kate is a licensed nutritionist through the state of Maryland and Washington, DC, and is Certified Nutrition Specialist through BCNS/ANA. When Kate is not working with clients or developing community programs, she can be found on long walks in the woods, snuggling her cats, organizing, baking, or reading.
Keren Dolan
Keren Dolan, DCN, CNS, FACN, RH, Nutritionist & Herbalist. Dr. Dolan joined TNHC in 2022 as an academic, Nutrition Mentor and CNS® Supervsior. Keren integrates functional nutrition, nutrigenomics, western clinical herbalism, somatic work and holistic aromatherapy into her clinical practice and her mentorship role.
Dr. Keren Dolan is a Maryland Licensed Nutritionist (LDN), a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS®), a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition (FACN), a Registered Herbalist (RH) American Herbalists Guild, and is recognized as a Level 3 Clinical Aromatherapist through the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA). Keren holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia and a M.S. in Therapeutic Herbalism and D.C.N. (Doctor of Clinical Nutrition) from Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH). Her passions lie in teaching and empowering her clients and students by cultivating their self-awareness and educating them about finding nourishment through the many dimensions of health. Many of Keren's clients have complex chronic conditions and she specializes in providing support and healing to those carrying physiological burdens from trauma. Incorporating techniques from her training in Somatic Experiencing and her roots in herbal therapeutics, Keren's functional nutrition-based approach merges healing modalities. She seeks to help her clients reclaim life-sustaining cycles of wakefulness and rest, respect the seasons of the earth and of their lives, and live authentically within their natural, social and spiritual communities.
Keren's case studies and research have been published in peer-reviewed journals. She is adjunct faculty at the Maryland University of Integrative Health where she teaches DCN candidates in their Clinical Residency and Herbal Medicine students in an Herbal Therapeutics course. Eager to serve her communities, Keren is on the board of the American Herbalists Guild and is a Virginia Regional Director for the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy.
Along with her husband, Keren also serves the Mid-Atlantic arts community through the non-profit they helped create- Artists in Motion. In her spare time, she enjoys making family-oriented games and books with her husband and three kids. And, when truly solo, she enjoys cultivating medicinal herbs, watching romantic comedies and reading historical fiction.

Abra joined TNHC in 2023 bringing a wealth of knowledge as both a clinician & a CEO of multiple wellness businesses. Abra runs a successful private practice, a hit food and wellness blog, and a thriving corporate wellness business.
Abra Pappa is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN - state of Pennsylvania), a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), and holds an M.S. in Nutrition and Functional Medicine from The University of Western States.
Abra has worked in the field of nutrition since 2005 and brings to TNHC a wealth of knowledge and expertise as both a clinician and CEO of multiple wellness businesses including a successful private practice, a hit food and wellness blog, and a thriving corporate wellness business. Abra is as passionate about marketing as she is nutrition and loves supporting CNS candidates to build successful, sustainable nutrition practices.
In her private nutrition practice, Abra uses an integrative approach specializing in eating disorders, digestive disorders and women’s health. Specifically she works in that tricky nuanced space of disordered eating and digestive disorders or other health conditions/concerns. A champion of health and wellbeing at any size, Abra leads with compassion and positivity and believes that embracing nourishment is the 1st step toward true wellness.
Abra has extensive knowledge and experience in culinary nutrition, functional food, eating disorders, digestive health, supplements and nutraceuticals.
When not in nutrition boss mode, Abra loves cooking, food photography, traveling the world, and taking long hikes with her pup Penelope Pancake. Abra recently moved to a 100 year old farmhouse in the Catskill mountains and spends much of her free time renovating and learning to garden.
Caitlin Self
Caitlin Self, MS, CNS, LDN is a nutrition mentor and CNS® Supervisor. She moderates our CNS test prep course. In her private practice Caitlin specializes in SIBO and other gut health conditions, as well as mental health and mental illness. Caitlin works in an integrative medical practice and runs a popular blog called Frugal Nutrition.
Caitlin Self, MS, CNS, LDN is the CNS Test Prep course moderator for The Nutrition & Herbal Collective. In her private practice Caitlin specializes in SIBO and other gut health conditions, as well as mental health and mental illness.
Caitlin is as passionate about teaching as she is about nutrition, and has continued in academic positions since graduating with her Master’s of Human Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2018. After completing functional and integrative nutrition coursework and internships, Caitlin was faculty at MUIH for the on-campus clinic and online Micronutrients course for two years, and spent a year as a community educator at an addiction and rehabilitation center.
She has completed continuing coursework with James Greenblatt, MD, the GI Dietitians Academy, Intuitive Eating, and is pursuing the Nutrigenomics credential from The ANA. Caitlin strives to make nutrition care and support accessible for all. As part of her business, Caitlin runs the food blog FrugalNutrition.com and the companion YouTube channel Frugal Nutrition.

Collectively, our clinical supervision team has been practicing for over 80 years. We blend expertise in functional & integrative nutrition, herbal medicine, coaching, nutrigenomics, business & marketing, academia, community education, and research. We are successful clinicians who truly care about our clients and the nutritionists that we mentor.

In 2013 Rebecca launched the first nutrition mentorship program of its kind. What once started in her living room with 5 nutrition interns has grown to a community of over 250 professionals (from 28+ states, 5 countries and 20 universities). In order to provide members with a richer more diverse mentorship experience to our interns, Rebecca has collaborated with other CNS supervisors.

Karen L. Herb is a licensed Dietician-Nutritionist in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. She holds a Master's in Functional Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, CT, and certifications as a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) as well as a Certified Practitioner with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFMCP).
Karen's approach to functional nutrition focuses on meeting clients where they are and embracing small, intentional steps that can lead to profound transformations. She thrives in collaborative care models and working with other integrative practitioners - doctors, coaches, specialists - to bring true change and allow each practitioner to focus on their own zone of genius. Karen’s zone of genius? Simplicity - she loves to root through the complexity of functional nutrition to find simple, foundational and doable interventions. Her current clinical work focuses on gut health, nutrigenomics and collaborative care in multiple Functional Medicine clinics.
Karen’s journey into the world of nutrition followed a successful paralegal career. She took her analytical, problem-solving and negotiating legal experience into a clinical space and experienced immense growth from truly life-changing mentorship experiences with Dr. Kara Fitzgerald’s team. As something that was completely missing from her previous career, she became deeply passionate about mentorship and its incredible power. As an essential part of her life-work, she began working with Dr. Fitzgerald’s Functional Nutrition Residency Program in 2018 and has been committed to supporting and mentoring fellow nutritionists ever since.
Karen lives in southern Maryland with her family including 2 dogs and a gaggle of chickens. In her free time you may find her reading, crafting, listening to music or planning her next traveling adventure.

Karen Herb, MS, CNS, LDN, Nutrition mentor and CNS® Supervisor. Karen is a Certified Practitioner with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFMCP) and she joined TNHC in 2023. Karen previously worked as a mentor in Kara Fitzgerald's FNRP program. Her current clinical work focuses on gut health, nutrigenomics and collaborative care in multiple Functional Medicine clinics.
Andie Inscoe
Andie Inscoe, MS, Intern Navigator - Andie is office manger for The Nutrition and Herbal Collective. She joined the company in 2020 as a part-time clinical assistant and manager of the herbal dispensary. Andie assists Rebecca and the team in delivering exceptional Mentorship Program to our CNS candidates and interns.
Andie is an administrator for the Nutrition and Herbal Collective. She joined Rebecca Snow Nutrition in 2020 as a part-time clinical assistant and manager of the herbal dispensary. Andie assists with scheduling and organizing the mentorship program. She is a point of contact for the program and has office hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9-5 pm ET.
Andie holds a Master's of Science in Therapeutic Herbalism program at the Maryland University of integrative health. Her herbal philosophy revolves around supporting the body’s natural tendency towards healing through modifying imbalances within the mind, body, and spirit. Andie uses a variety of methods to select herbal remedies and lifestyle changes that support each person based on their unique circumstances and individual experiences. She has a passion for working with menstrual health, skin conditions, strengthening elimination and detoxification pathways, stress and mental health in modern society, and providing a welcoming space for healing with compassion for individual experiences and identities.
After graduating with a degree in Sociology and Ethnic Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Andie received herbal certificates in Community Herbalism, Women’s Herbal and Ethnobotanical Studies, and Advanced Herbalism from Artemisia and Rue in Denver, Colorado. She also has a certificate in Pulse, Tongue, and Facial Assessment with the Mathew Wood Institute of herbalism. Andie has a passion for using food to build a strong foundation of health and hopes to pursue formal nutritional training in the future.
Outside of herbalism, Andie enjoys cooking, snowboarding, camping, singing, and spending time with her family and her dog, Chance.
